Why TrueRune Has No Blank Rune

TrueRune uses the 24 historically attested Elder Futhark runes. It does not include a blank rune because the blank rune is a modern invention rather than part of the ancient rune rows.

Why this matters

Many rune apps blend historical runes with later esoteric additions without telling users where one ends and the other begins. TrueRune makes that boundary explicit. Modern conventions can be useful when clearly labeled, but they should not be presented as ancient evidence.
